EDIT : Now 11 has me hung up , I think I have the translation (10 digits) but they don't anagram I'm tired of adding them so many times I see the three ??? on the bottom and tried using just the last 3 numbers but didn't work

I have the same problem. I'm completely stuck here at level 11. I also have a 10 digit number, but I can't make a word. A hint, please?
