I've never been able to see them, I always had to use the method above to see what they are.

If you have trouble seeing three try this. Save the file as a monochrome bmp in paint. Copy the whole picture and past it over the original. Slowly move the copied image to the left over top of the original. At some point you will see what you were suppose to see without having to cross your eyes.

lvl 3

Level 3 is a three dimensional picture and not easy to make out. Stare closely at it so that the background falls back and a letter to the left seem to stand out. Of course htm stand out too but you already know that you are supposed to write the answer plus ".htm". It is only one letter you need for the answer. I hope this hint is of some use.
