Sherlockian Riddle

I made this riddle some years ago and totally forgot about it.
I post it though, because Sherlock Holmes adventures never get obsolete.

I´m also stuck on level 4.

I have 4 clues ( maybe another 2 in the source, not sure if they belong there or not). At least the 4 clues make a nice word but nothing works. Do I need more than 4 clues?
