Quizomatic, don't worry I'm not holding it against you. It's just that you can never be sure what is intended and what is accidental with these riddles, even when there are such errors, which is also why I've been wondering about the non-clickable image maps as I mentioned
I dont know why not. I just made my own image map at first, but people still couldnt click it. And i actually copied it from an official HTML tutorial site and filled in my own coordinates and names etc... hmm
And sam(uel) thats one of these literal thinking ones...

Quizomatic, good thing I'm used to making webpages, I can explain that one too You're missing the ending </map> tag for your image maps to work, I think...it's missing at least, but I'm not 100 % sure if that will make it work then.
And the problem with doing this in IE is that we don't get the urls in the status bar because there's the constant advertising "This site is hosted for free at Freewebs.com" written there, so it won't change
