Just because I just happen to have a program that can solve any sudoku with brute force in 2 seconds You gotta love studying computer science, you learn all the winning strategies for tons of games 
And honestly, yes I'm still stuck

I'm not getting anywhere...
I'm trying not to overthink it but I have no clue what I'm looking for.
I know I can't solve the equation since I don't have =?
The text at the bottom reminds me of Hamlet, Shakespeare but nothing related to that works.
