Cybertrek was what made me figure it out, but he's right, it is different after all, but based on an idea from there 
I'll see if I can come up with a proper hint...
And now I just have to figure out what the heck the sentence means

Oh no, the encryption seems to be alright, I'll write a program later on to check, but I got a meaningful sentence out of it

The only name I know of for it, is Samuel's Cipher Seriously though, I've never come across such a cipher, so I doubt it has a name, seems to be only you and Mr. Logic who knows of it
