Hmmm, I don't really know how to hint for that movie. The director hasn't directed many movies, and there's not really any notable actors in that movie.

It came out in the mid '90s, and part of the title is something a little girl might have.

I'm stuck on 83. It's a pic of a guy interviewing a girl.

big hint: it's based on a comic book.
