since i don't have my handy cheat-sheet notepad file of answers/levels here with me at work, i'm thinking 106 is the one with the pic of the glass of milk.

the clue alludes to a famous chef

think of some famous chefs and search with movie title and possibly the word 'recipe'.

Oh man, I even remember seeing that recipe on a couple of my search results, but I hadn't looked closely enough to see that it was an "official" recipe, rather than just something a random person made up.
