so far I have figured out...

that you can click 4 flags, some names of countries in caps meaning that they are important, that it is an anagram. I have tried finding an angram in all the capitol levels but I can't find anything..

I have found clueno 1 to 4 and when I put the capitol letters together they don't make any anagrams that are useful.. what I have found is that there is 3 of the same flag and some flags on there don't belong, I can't find the exact flag poster on google though. Its very irritating ¬_¬
