yes the quote and the pic both point at a very simple shift cipher. but decoding it hasnt worked for me

what is the code? I know the quote is from a certain julius "salad dressing" but im stumped...

i got it..kinda cheated though. I just guessed a scientist and looked up the year of his death. He's a very well known guy
