You basically have everything you need to answer the riddle (you're short a couple of the other defining words from the leetspeak).

i have no idea how anyone got onto annelids... i think i'm trying to find the name of a forgotten marine, perhaps from the gulf. i havent a clue about the leetspeak, althought i've translated, i dont see any clues in it... and zoology?

Ok so I now am up to eleven... heres where I am so far

I've gotten the letters into numbers, looked them up on the ISO 3116 numeric list, found that poland <->france and switzerland <->netherlands. I thought maybe since it was titled capital intersection it'd have to do with longitudes and latitudes, and Warsaw, Poland and Amsterdam, Netherlands have the same 52&#176; N, but that doesn't work. I also noticed that there are the same number of letters in poland and france and in switzerland and netherlands.

But now I'm completely lost. Nothing I've tried has worked, obviously. Lol. So if I could get some help, that'd be awesome!
