hmm, already stuck on level 3 - I know what they are, but am not sure how to write them out properly to find the answer. I've tried just searching with the basic numbers, and it gave me something which doesn't work so I assume I have to be more specific - but don't know how

im stuck on 3 as well the end of the sorce reveals what might be a nudge, but im not getting it.do i need to name a place or is it simpler than that? any body have any suggestions. . .

I'm pretty sure te numbers are reffering to

longitude and latitude

I get a major city when I try the whole numbers, but it doesn't work - so I assume the - and + numbers are important as well, but I have no idea how I would incorporate them

also getting a city with first part of #'s tried looking up movies that may have been in this location due to actor reference but having no luck, and i have no idea how +/- figure in - this one is starting out pretty rough, hate to get stumped so early. starting to feel like this is going to be quite a challenge. i have a feeling that the time of day clue may be key, but not sure how or in what sense could be that i have been overthinking alltogether. . . . hope someone can offer a bit of help soon.

List my "titles"? Is it something to so with DOS? Are the backslashs representing an IP address?
