I was working on this last night, and it seems quite a difficult thing to do, to get the picture over text - are we going about this the right way do you think?

No. This seems way too simple to be the case. Besides the squares are of different and odd heights, it seems whatever text you use, you'll get tops of some letters and bottoms of others. So maybe it's a different font we need, but I don't see that hinted anywhere on that level. So I have a feeling the squares could be red herrings.

Then again, maybe there's just a tiny masochistic part of my brain that survived level 10 and is desperately trying to commit suicide due to loneliness.

That could be, yes...somehow to enlarge the word "vertically" 200 %?

That's what I wondered, but then when I thought about it I realised I don't have a clue what I thought we would get from it.

Well, it's like level 10, we're grasping at straws. Besides plenty of levels I've seen in riddles have literal sentences like that that contain the answer, so it's a good idea I tried verticallyvertically.html, which of course didn't work. Other than that I can only think of doing that by making the font size of the word vertically bigger by 200 %, but that wouldn't achieve anything either.

I'm beginning to think this is another level where we need the author to point out the obvious to us

well I'm trying a different format of the poem that I found last night which seems more promising......I definately think we were on the right track though - don't give up
