Okay, they don't seem to be missing on purpose. If you click each of the 3 red crosses on the page, and choose Properties, you'll see the Adress for the picture. Copy that URL, close the Properties window, and paste the url into the browser. Press Enter and you will see the picture. Now press Back in your browser, and do this for the two other images, and you should be able to see them all.

dove, neither did I, but fortunately I came across it while I was trying to figure out one of the Red levels, and tried looking at every cipher on that webpage

That's why that level was quite an ego boost for me
