Levels I'm stuck on

Hi all...I see the site is "frozen"...is that just for the month of Sept? I completed..FINALLY...lol...Green, Blue, Aqua, Pink, and Purple!!

I need help with Orange lvl 6...I don't have a clue! and also Red lvl 5...I am trying to figure out how to decode. Is it a code?

I had a hard time with this one too!!! I knew what it was and entered it in the url alot before I finally figured out what was wanted!!!

It is something you see everyday when you are out driving!!! Makes you want to stop and think, doesn't it?
