Ok, so I don't think it can be a keyword cipher for red 10. you can tell what the first three words are and letters duplicate. Anyone past this point?

Well, the 2 letter word with the same letter unfortunately makes me worry that it's an Engima cipher, which would explain it. Logic tells me most of the words in that sentence, without deciphering it though.

I seem to getting stupider by the minute

I am stuck on:

Red 3

Green 6 (I understand what's "going on" just not how to translate that into an answer)

Pink 5 (I did the research, i know what the answer is( or at least i think i do), just not how the URL wants it)

and sadly,

Orange 7 ( i have the definition, no idea what words to take from the picture)

any help would be greatly appreciated.
