OK, so now im stuck on Orange 9, i think i have the right 3 words.. but not 100% sure. Someone wanna help?

Im also stuck on Red 5 still. I figured out what kind of cipher i needed... but i just cant wrap my brain around actually getting it decoded.

As for red 5, i got that much, but for some reason, its still not making any sense to me. am i supposed to anagram that and find something else? the cipher didnt give me any real words.. was it supposed to?
