I'm back after loooong time, and yes, I have made some (but very little) progress

So, now I need help with:
red 4 (I have the sentence, but I don't know what the hell to do with it)
blue 3 (what's with the picture?!)

I've started about a year ago... and I have bookmarked some of the levels of some colors so I can progress with the riddle.
Maybe someone should say something to the creator of the game?

I told you, I started about a year ago, when everything was still working.
Now when I think of it... even if I finish the remaining riddles, I won't be able to get to the 'mega' riddle, so it's... kind of worthless.

It seems that the page that didn't load before, works again.

I know this riddle is kind of old, but I thought I'd give it a go. I had started it a while ago, but I must have gotten sidetracked or something because I never finished it. Anyway, the link for the green levels is broken. Could anyone possibly pm me a working link, or will I never be able to finish this riddle? Thanks.
