Can I have a hint for 23, please?

If the answer is hidden in the text, I don't see it. I also don't see any flaws in the text.
The more white letters don't form any good word. If can't find a good method to apply the 40 digits to the 26 lines.
Rearranging the string of numbers didn't gave me any result. I didn't find any extra clues. I don't know what to google: number string - no luck, also not divided in pieces. The text seems okay.

In other words I am left clueless.

Hi. It's been eons since I've played a riddle game - and eons since I've posted here.

Anyway, I'm really lost on level 14. I read the hints (on other boards too) but I'm just not getting it.

I've put the numbers in ascending order but obviously doing it wrong because I can't get anything that makes sense. (The numbers aren't converting to anything useful).

Edit: Got level 14. Thanks Adventure. My mistake was:

not keeping their original colours.

Putting the number in ascending order is right, and let the numbers keep their own color.
Keep in mind that 17 should be 18. After converting, anagram.

How to explain this

put those 2's and 3's in another type of numbers then convert

And to think that was my first thought. But I thought: nah, can't be, too simple.
If I wouldn't think of this like a hilarious brain-error, I would hide deep down under the ground.

thought it might of been m**** c**** but no then tried arranging to align vertically. But still nothing

tried aligning e's and a's to get entire row. no words or anything jumped out at me for either e's or a's. couldn't get both e's and a's at the same time.

m**** c*** is quite a good idea, but you don't need a code but an alphabetic that doesn't uses dashes.

I've found the alphabet and tried to apply it to the words in the pic in a hundred different ways but I can't see anything. I must be blind.

Looks like you indeed found the right one.

Mark the letters the pic's name tells you to focus on.
Then look at your result and read.
