Okay, managed to see a new image but don't know what to do next.

I am still on that part too, but

Gimp helps to see what is hidden.
TinEye helps to find out how this image was created, and to see both "items" well.

But I am stuck with the question..

I know what kind of p**** it is, but that's not the answer.

I don't know how to get the answer from what I have discovered.

edit: POP!! Onto 44

the site where the creating on the hare photo was explained gave me the wrong name of the p****. (however it was only one character off).
A new TinEye search helped me to find a site that showed the right name.

Onto 45.. and I think I am stuck. The obvious answers don't work.

I know the concept and the movie where it's from, but if we don't need google that shouldn't be relevant.

edit: I think I see..

something written on the pills: a number and a word. But I cannot read the word well.
