Okay, found an answer to my question in this thread.
Duh.....I didn't do the first one correct although I had replaced it with the correct sign. Like I said, I'm not good at this.

I too am some times a frog, hopping to a level that I so don't wanna be. It hasn't happened to me with this one yet but there are many more levels to come

I am stuck right where you are too so I hope that I can get out of here and leave you a hint

I see that the Butterfly fluttered by and left a hint right before I posted my post

I have already used Google for those 2 words (previous answer + name that's in the image) and what I got didn't work
Gonna try it again and see where it leads me now.

4 odd ones, 4 positions, 8 letters.
Letters are just the letters.
Think about how you can convert the numbers to letters. Basic riddle method.

Yeah for you!!! But I tried that but couldn't get anything.

It's not simple s*********** (or is it???) and I can't think of other ways to convert the numbers.

edit: Finally got 46 part 1. A big thank you for the help!

46 I definitely have 3 letters just working on finding 5 leters from 4 #s

No substitution, it's a kind of language.

You should get 4 plain letters from the positions, the numbers should give you 4 more letters.
