No codes of ciphers - just creative reading.

Well as it turns out I'm not good

with creative reading.

I have used a notepad to see if things would make more sense to me then but they don't

I had to research this one a bit because I forgot how it was done. But finally...here's a hint:

Combine the numbers with an important sentence on the level page.

Seen this hint too so I know what to do but I'm having problems with how to do it

Oops, that hint was for 21, not 22. I wrote 22 because I got to 22. I will fix my post.

There is one sentence that catches the eye.
Combine that sentence with the numbers (don't get confused by the shape), to get a new sentence.

Letter + number = new letter

first number and first letter? and how does that make a new letter?

No need to use anything like gimp
Take a good look

at the little sign under the image, then take a good look at the big picture to see where the little sign points at

If you need more help then please sent me a PM. I'm not sure if I haven't already said too much

I am stuck at level 23
I know what I have to do but no idea which one to use. I have tried several but no luck so far
