Yay a stuck party on 19

Tried to add the +9 with what the pic gave me but that isn't working..
Read the hint Saho gave but nothing else comes to mind yet..

What do you see on the picture? J and an ace! so this is a famous game called b**** j*** ! total number of a b**** j*** is 21 and now look in the picture properties

I think we need a number because that is how MishuAnubis jumped from 19 to 22, inserting the wrong number..
