I have tried all sorts of variations with what I see in the pic. and what I know from exif but it is a lot and I have also read that thing about the label that the pic. is showing us but that looks like a dead end too...

I have googled

the pic name, the number from morse and 'energy' and got hits about hurricanes.

but no luck so far. I also tried

bulbs, lightbulbs and all the numbers found on the energey label page pertaining to them.

. No luck there either.

It is not important how you watch the tr****r, without sound or not, all you need is what the level says to you

color in dashes. could it be the olympic rings being referred to? But the order of colors is wrong. Or the google or windows logos?
