I don't get it either and I was very glad that I got a PM with the same hint I gave you...I so don't get the jump to that answer...

I've tried to go simply to the next in many ways, even in the easiest way (literally) but it doesn't work. Is it possible that something has been recently changed at this level (maybe because of the jump from 19 to 23?)
