Glad I didn't give up, although it took me days and days to do level 30.
The next levels were fun, but now stuck again on level 46.
It's the same as with level 30. I have a very hard time with these kind of codes.
And yes I did see the level title clue and tried to decode it that way. But I can't find anything. Gibberish again.

Yes, it requires a new riddle technique (well, for me it was new).

You need to decode it and save it and then open it with certain program (I used winrar)

I PMed you because I only can explain how I solved it.
I know Mishu solved it an alternate way.

You're right, I think some things are not logical in this riddle, just put there to get confused the player...(maybe I'm wrong, maybe I simply can't see some connections...
