I get WHAT to use, but having trouble using it.

I know what H and E represents but why can't i understnd the rest

i just sent a pm to Punitstogi...whatever...i asked him for help with the stop over...i am not holding my breath waiting on an answer from him tho...lol last time i asked him something it took a week for him to respond back...i was already unstuck by then...
