For level 3 - It's kind of difficult to explain - but try removing every second line in the picture. Remove the lines that start out white in the left side.

same here, the image is far too small even when stretched it just ends up looking weird when i remove the lines

Level 3

OK - It's very difficult to explain. But you don't need to stretch the picture or anything. If you look at the left side of the picture you can see that its made up of 26 horizontal lines (one black, one white etc). If you remove, delete, cut out or cross out every second line (the white lines) - and the push the remaining lines together, you should be able to see three letters.
