reminds me of this game, where you have to find some words in a grid, and use the remaining letters to get a new word.
Except that the initial grid is ciphered, of course.

So, Vigenere with wish as key ? Doesn't seem to work. But a regular Caesar doesn't seem either

Some hints

the new numbers you have only go till 5, and there's an even number of them. Try working with pairs: you end up working with up to 25 possible combination, right ? As if the alphabet was squeezed in a 5x5 grid ?

what am i missing in level 9? i have all of the names, but cant see anything that connects them. i try to take out letters, but dont get anywords that make sense.
