look at the hint in the html. notice what happens when you type the folder name in.

This is indeed an intriguing puzzle.

from what i can gather, the 40:43 is lines of longitude and latitude (since clocks can't go up to 40hours), 43:40 seems to be 'Black Sea' and '40:43' seems to be 'Turkey'. apart from that, this puzzle has got me.

I feel so stupid, I can't get past the 404 page
The clue "You don't have much longer left. After all, you're in the mortal folder." just confuses me even more.

the only place that makes sense to me, is somewhere in chinatown, new york.

Actually, I believe the coordinates are for the United Nations' United States embassy in New York. Now, what kind of sound do you hear in United Nations embassies?

Time is a funny thing...

COORDlat.jpg shows 74:00 pm; COORDlon.jpg shows 40:43 am. Using 74 for latitude, I end up on cold islands. Using the languages of the northern isle doesn't get me anywhere and with the southern being uninhabited, I don't know what sound I'm looking for.

i found that the coordinates point to the World Trade Centre, so it has to be something to do with that

the coordinates only point to the WTC area if you switch longitude and latitude, and I question whether the puzzle would be so specific to target the WTC. My guess is it's more general, such as New York City or Manhattan. I've tried everything: taxis, broadway, musicals, wallstreet, etc. So far, I've got nothing
