I think the email clue refers to an obvious cipher,

but it is not that one you should use, rather an adapted version with a keyword.

There also isn't a word per line, it is 2 words altogether

Ok, now I know which cipher we need to use. But I still get part gebbrish except for the third one. So that means I am on the right track but I am not sure
