Doesnt binary deal in numbers though?

Level 12 - Need Some Hints - Have All Three Notes -
Tried Decrypting The Letters On The Wall By Myself And Then Inputted Them Into A Decryption Program But I Am Getting The Same Series Of Letters That Don't Make Sense - Can Somebody, Anybody Shed Some Light On What I Am Doing Wrong???????

thanks for the hint, i am finally out. i can't believe, no yes i can believe after 12 levels, how long it took to complete that last part, especially working under the wrong assumptions and doing it by hand on paper, thanks be to you a fellow gamer, that i have successfully completed this level and maintained my sanity, at least for the time being! LOL!

Right i had a break before starting 17 cauase im not looking forward to it. Everyone said its by far the hardest level.

here's what I got from another forum (I believe he is the creator of this mess/game)

Uhm...
It's not that difficult...
On the picture there are 2 important things hidden. You should have 3 notes (hints).
If You know HIM, then the hint tells You, what You should check.
If You noticed the first number (from picture) and You're able to associate it with this picture, you should know what to do now (with the second number).

I've only got two notes and I've figured out who he is.
