OK, 12 is really getting to me.

I've figured out who the guy is and his relation to the other two pictures. I've figured out which

cipher

to use. I have used

every word in all 4 letters (two on wall and the two from the HSS) as a key/master word

. All I get is jibberish.

that third clue gave you a new note - and in the note - one word was not like the others - different "font" - try it as your keyword...

BevC: Use the magnify glass into the hole. (There is some monitors or computers , that give you lousy resolution and you can't read it. If so, PM me).

Metalslug: Keep rearranging until all the blocks are used up.

Yeh ive managed to use them all. Just not sure what the pictures mean.
