You need a third "note" - what is Playfair? use this answer in HSS to get a 3rd note. It has your keyword.
the numbers of one clue match your computer's keypad - if numlock is off!
The phrasing provides a not so obvious hint at which letter you should start - the only capitalized one...

I am having trouble getting past 14. I've got two notes and the item. I've tried every combination of flipping and flopping the numbers while working with the item and now I'm going to go yank out some more hair. Can someone point me in the right direction. ThanksComment

have you tried getting said item out and typing numbers into it? flipping it maybe?
just make sure its an old one.....mine was too fancy and nothing made sense ;-)

I finally found a third word, but the note that appeared seems useless because I was already on that track. but nothing I found about Playfair works yet.
