Finally! Level 28

Thanks to all the help from Brainwreck and SAS, I am finally here and almost done. I need help understanding what to do with the note with the colors and problems. I got where or what language but do I have to work out the problems? Math is not my strong point and I wouldn't have the slightest idea what to do. Can someone please help? I don't want the answer becuz I would like to say I finished and actually figured it out, all I want is a nudge in the right direction. Again thank you players...............

yes sorry but you do need to do the maths there is a formula that will help you and is simple to use. think of another clue that you found -

name of a person

- and that will help you find this formula.
