I'm not english and I don't know the meaning of "bus on rails" and "Note_"

"bus on trails" think if bus could be on "T"rails, what could it be

hey so i've gotten through both games 1 and 2.. and was doing good on 3!
but then i got to level 13. and i got the answer. but when i put it in, it's says it's wrong! what am i doing wrong here?!

btw. level 13 is the one with all the addition and subtraction.

OK, seriously, I have no idea who this guy is on level 39...even knowing he is a boy band guy does me no good...at all. Perhaps there is a way of searching the net for pictures that im not aware of. Only reason i say this, is because if i didnt know it was a boy band member, how would have i ever figured out who this is? Not being from the UK doesnt help either im sure. HELP, i need a wicked ass clue or the answer please!!
