Can anyone please help me with Level 62?

I found the a***s, but I don't know what to do next?

stuck on 4. are we supposed to rotate the image then look for something or look for it without rotating?
either way i can't see anything.

Flip and look carefully.

I'm now stuck on 63. So far, I have now 11 hint screens:

These are the hint pages I found so far:

The first 3 hints were the o*****s I can see in the image. The 4th hint says that I'm halfway done, and I knew it before. The 5th hint is some b***** code. When I translated the binary, I get the 6th hint, which I should add all of them. The 7th and 8th hint screens were n*****s. The 9th hint page is something related to the 3 objects in the first screen of level 63 (not hint page). The 10th hint page I found was getting all the capitalized l*****s in the 9th hint. The 11th hint page was found when I get the small l*****s from the 9th hint page. But, I have a problem. I don't know what should I do with the hints I found.

I tried that last night. someone even gave some co-ords to look at.
theres nothing there. just white and red.

This was possibly the hardest level in the first 10 levels. Anyway:

You see those white/blue lines? Mirror only the letters inside the blue line.

Just do what the picture's name tells you.

One of the sentences on the picture tells you what you should look for... maybe if you know what it should it's easier to see.

I had difficulty with Levels 67 and 68 (especially Level 67), so I'm still stuck on Level 69. Here's what I have:
