Froggie as i wrote before i was led to a port. Now that i know that it is not the correct answer i want to share with everyone my bad luck!!!
Well on the sign pic the cities are located in Alaska and in the shadow pic it is a sundial. When i googled alaska sundial wiki leads you to a page about Port Hueneme that there is a giant sundial memorial and the name of the port means resting place!!! So I was according to the pics to the correct place, to the correct memorial and further more to a port that "means" something else!!!
But noooo, it couldn't be the correct answer
