I'm also on level 3, I managed to find out what building it is and find it on Google Maps, but that's all

How come you know it's a building Theme, I can't see any other clue other than what map to use, and what city to look at

Yeah, I found it by sheer luck.

I googled

Paris buildings

and came across an image that looked like that building. It's

one of four signature buildings in Paris

but I had never heard of it before

Hmm...new idea. And it didn't work

Just got 3. Wiki is such a good friend. I looked up the building and there is a very famous person related to it.
