I thought I was close. I was pretty sure it was tallinn but I spellded on milion different ways and still nothing. Now I have ne clue. Waiting on you.

He won't accept it

No I dont think it is a building, I am sure it is easier that it appears to be! Latitudes and longitudes are rarely accurate anyway! I just dont understand why Tallinn is not working!

Am completely lost too! Tried the country names, estonia, norway... but nothing happened! Am tempted to browsing all cities ending with 45 east or following the logic of the game from the beginning picking the most popular capital cities close to 59?26' N / 24?45' E
