stuck on level 12 found a s*** in common with whats in the source but cant get the answer help please

lvl12: Look for a g*a*e used to make the ingredient of the song....also, for all levels, it doesn't hurt to have a look at a map of the country in question.....if you have part of the clue in your head, the city will jump out at you

i was stuck on 4 then i realized i missed a clue.
on 5 and no idea what to do. it looks like a c***r c**e or one of those c***s you enter to sign up to a w**s**e
