well, got the answer but this level is in a different tone of voice from the previous levels....and now stuck on the numbers of the next level....lol, not doing well now but still loving the game

If you can work out 1 pair you should be able to work them all out as each is a pair for same reason

Not looking for an idiom here, the 66 99 symbolise that you are looking for a quotation. For a big hint find where the phrase in first part originated
