I need some help with 18 part 1, where it says "How does Caesar feel about this?"
I have read in here but I think all the hints are about part two. I just don't know what to put in the box.

numbers? I don't know which numbers to pick out of the svsgl, etc.
I would just pick out the roman numerals and get VL VI VI but do the bars just mean bars? Like a/s/l bars? And what about the uhaqerq?

I just need a hint on how to take care of those... and yes I just registered to get help on this game.

I know next to nothing about Caesar. All i can remember are the play quotes that they made us memorize in the 9th grade.
