I'm stumped on both 6 and 11, and I've read all previous (occasionally conflicting?)hints.

I think it's to do with six varying h** codes, but I can't get past that.

Same thoughts as Chantilly, below.

Believe it or not, even after all the hints given here, I'm still stuck on lvl 6. I've found what I think I need from p******* l*****, and I've tried to use the present to order the past. However, in the present, I have a 6 and I don't know what to use it on. I've seen what I need to see in the pic but once again, no idea how to apply it. Please, can someone PM me with a big hint to put me out of my misery? TIA.

Yes it is,

but the URL for seven was fairly predictable,

so when I got stumped by 6 I carried on until I got stumped (as I still am) by 11.
