I think I understand lines 2, 4, and 8. 5 seems straightforward. 6 may be one thing on its own, or another if coupled with line 7. 3 and 9 I don't understand. I've tried various anagrams with partial letters but haven't had any luck.

Lines 3,5,6,7,9 are things on their own, not related to line 1.

On level 12 (I don't think I can watch that clip again...)
I think what's relevant on it is

which direction to look. I understand the line below the video about the past and rosa, and that takes me to an earlier map, confirmed by the tower. Nothing from that map seems to work, though. Tried the given spellings and the more conventional spellings. Tried other names associated with the place. Tried different spellings of the other places on the map.

Is this all a red herring?
