This PHP Riddle, made by Clee, became 5th in the GamersHood Online Riddle Contest

Solve the riddles to advance in this game.

Stuck already on lvl 4 lol.
I can read the word and have the name from the quote above, but how to use them?

I still see nothing there!

you don't need any cipher for level 1
