I'm stuck on Level 3 too. I've found 2 of the eggs but I can't get the last one. I'm on the page that mentions a country and I thought I had to translate into that language but it hasn't worked.
Any hints?

I translated numbers to binary and in first column I have 24 digits in every line, in second column four first lines is 16 digits in every line and others is 24 digits in line. what I'm doing wrong?
