Need help with page 6, I understand (I think) the delta=1 but on this page it's -3=Delta I tried it but the words don't make any sens. Can somone give me a clue..

Do you think that there may be some significance to the fact that the hint is written in "reverse"? (I.e., it says: "-3=delta" instead of: "delta=-3") Is it possible that this may be some kind of clue?
