I have a pretty good idea what I am supposed to be using, but I don't understand how to apply it!!

And now level 19, I've tried looking at yin yang food and other categories, but they don't match! Some help please?

Ok, found the categories, but have no idea how to apply the methods of 14 on them... Feel stupid, need more practice :p
