ok, i know carrot was kidnapped, do i use ransom as the word, the only thing i could think of that would wanna kidnapp a carrot is a rabbit. im confused.

ok, im on the road found a letter, what do the weird little markings mean?what cipher do i need. i looked up mmlix and wikipedia says its something to do with a calender but this doesnt help. i've also found out what the roman numeral for mmlix is, can someone help.
